Recruitment Process - What to Expect
Once you’ve completed the Application form (Above), and sent us any supporting documentation, your application will be reviewed by our team. If you’re successfully shortlisted, you’ll be invited to an Selection/Assessment Date at one of our Hub Locations. This will give you an opportunity to meet some of the team, and showcase your abilities.
The Selection/Assessment Date comprises an “Interview”, including Scenario Based questions designed to let us know what makes you tick, and some Clinical Assessments (Tailored to your clinical grade) (Including BLS/ILS/ALS and at least one other scenario). Where possible, a Driving Assessment will be conducted on the same day. You don’t need to free up the entire day, you’ll get booked into a timeslot, and the entire session should take no more than 2-3 hours.
Once you’ve been successful at the Selection/Assessment Date, you’ll be invited to an Induction Day at one of our Hub Locations. This day will be an informative insight into how Codeblue operates and give you an opportunity to meet other new starters and members of the management and clinical teams.
