I recently had to organise a transfer of my daughter from London after major surgery and was so relieved and delighted to have been given Ollys contact details at Code Blue .

The initial emails and information was very helpful and he was very  responsive to all my questions and concerns about how it would all work .

I felt reassured from then we would be in safe hands .

When the prosposed date of travel had to be changed for medical reasons Olly and his colleagues were very reassuring and helpful on the phone .

On the day of collecting my daughter from the hospital Olly and his colleague Dave were professional and friendly throughout the journey. She felt safe and in good hands.

From the intial pick up to safely transferring  my daughter into the house we were treated with care and respect.

So very many thanks to Olly and Dave for their support and great service .

I contacted Code blue to repatriate our brother who had suffered a stroke 4 months previously back to Ireland.
The correspondence that Dave undertook between hospital, nursing home and ferry was beyond exceptional.
When there were some issues with nursing home Dave was on the line making sure it was all sorted while keeping us reassured was fantastic.

I would like to say the Medical team Jacqui and Qasim showed exceptional care and kindness towards our brother while keeping him reassured and warm on his journey by ferry to Ireland.

The crew who picked him up in Dublin were also wonderful Jack and Eddie.

We were so lucky to find such an exceptional team.

We thank you all from the bottom of our heart taking our brother back to where his heart lies.

Ollie was absolutely brilliant from start to Finish in helping me sort out getting my parents from St Mary’s Hospital, Isle of Wight, to Odstock Hospital in Salisbury. Constantly calling me with updates.

Dan & Ash was the crew that collected and brought them back and made their journey more fun by keeping there spirits up throughout the whole journey and would like to thank them all for everything they did.

Code Blue stepped in when a hospital transfer for my wife had been cancelled by the NHS.

At very short notice, CodeBlue were able to arrange the transfer. We received excellent service from Daria, in their office and the two ambulance crew (sorry guys I forget your names) who were both very professional and considerate to my wife during the transfer and when reaching our home.
